Intensive Spring Yoga Weekend in Freixieiro

RETIREMENT

◈ Who is this retreat for:

The retreat is intended for all levels of practitioners, however a regular practice of alignment (or Iyengar) is welcome.

◈ The place:

The retreat will take place at the beautiful Quinta De Freixieiro, located in the north of Portugal (near Porto) in the middle of a vineyard. Take a look at https://www.quintadefreixieiro.com/en/

◈ Schedule: Yoga practice:

7.5 hours of practice and 2 hours of workshop (9.5 hours of teaching) spread over 3 days, in the fully equipped Iyengar room, the equipment is provided on site.

▸ Friday 12: Arrival + Relaxing practice (1h30) from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. + 1 hour of whorksop on a theme (anatomy, philosophy, pranayama, self-massage for example) + Meal at 8 p.m.

▸ Saturday 13: Breakfast at 7:30/8 a.m. + (3 hours of practice, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. + 1 hour of whorksop on a theme (anatomy, philosophy, pranayama, self-massage for example) + Lunch at 12 p.m. + practice from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. + Meal at 8 p.m.

▸ Sunday 14: 3-hour themed workshop from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. + Departure Lunch at 12:30 p.m.

I will also be available throughout the stay outside of classes to accompany you and answer your questions.

◈ Prices:

Including teaching, 2 nights hotel accommodation, 3 meals per day (hearty and healthy) and all yoga equipment.

Not including transport to reach the Quinta and any additional activities.

▸ Charming Attic suit shared between 2 people 290 euros per person (This room will be made available once the other rooms are full) bathroom shared with the Charming suit.

▸ Charming suit shared between 2 people, bathroom shared with the Attic Room 326 euros per person

▸ Old room, Romantic room and Tie room each shared between two people 350 euros per person

These three bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom for the bedroom.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED BEFORE APRIL 4, 2024, 10 Mats maximum.

▸ Your place will be reserved following payment of a deposit of 180 euros.

▸ The rest of the payment is made directly to Quinta.

▸ The cancellation conditions will be as follows: Fully refunded until April 4, 2024 (Retained thereafter unless I cancel (flight not included in the refund).

▸ The stay is maintained from 8 registrants.

▸ A late arrival or early departure on your part does not imply a reduction in the price of the stay.

◈ Free Time: You will have plenty of time to enjoy the Quinta during your free time and everything that is in the surrounding area such as the two very pretty towns of Guimarães and Braga (accessible in 10 minutes by car)

◈ To reach the Quinta:

▸ By plane: The nearest airport is Porto.

▸ By train and bus: There are trains and buses from Lisbon to Porto, Braga and Guimarães.

▸ By car: I can organize carpools from Lisbon for those who wish and who have space available in their cars.

From the center of Porto and the airport to the Quinta it costs about 30 euros by taxi, for about thirty minutes, which you can share for those arriving together.

◈ Reiki Treatment & Kobido Massage: it will be possible to add individual treatments by appointment (not included in the retreat price).
