Autumn weekend in Freixieiro

RETIREMENT

◈ Who is this retreat for:

The retreat is intended for all levels of practitioners, however regular practice of alignment is welcome.

◈ The place:

The retreat will take place at the beautiful Quinta De Freixieiro, located in the north of Portugal (near Porto) in the middle of a vineyard. Take a look at https://www.quintadefreixieiro.com/en/

◈ Schedule: Yoga practice:

8 hours of practice spread over 3 days, in the fully equipped Iyengar room, equipment is provided on site.

▸ Friday 29: Arrival + Relaxing practice 1h30 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

▸ Saturday 30: 3.5 hours of practice, 2 hours from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and 1.5 hours from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

▸ Sunday 1: 3-hour workshop from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. + Departure

◈ Prices:

Including teaching, 2 nights hotel, 3 meals per day (hearty and healthy) and all yoga equipment. Not including transportation to reach the Quinta and any additional activities.

▸ Charming Attic suit shared between 3 people 260 euros per person (This room will be made available once the other rooms are filled)

▸ Charming suit shared between 2 people 296 euros per person

▸ Old room, Romantic room and Tie room each shared between two people 320 euros per person

All rooms are equipped with a bathroom for the room.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15, 2023 .

▸ Your place will be reserved following payment of a deposit of 150 euros.

The rest of the payment is made directly to the Quinta.

The cancellation conditions will be as follows:

* Fully refunded until August 31, 2023.

* Retained thereafter except in the event of cancellation of the retreat linked to the Corona Virus.

◈ Free Time: You will have plenty of time to enjoy the Quinta during your free time and everything that is in the surrounding area such as the two very pretty towns of Guimarães and Braga (accessible in 10 minutes by car)

◈ To reach the Quinta:

▸ By plane: The nearest airport is Porto.

▸ By train and bus: There are trains and buses from Lisbon to Porto, Braga and Guimarães.

▸ By car: I can organize carpools from Lisbon for those who want it and who have places available in their cars. From the center of Porto and the airport to the Quinta it costs about 30 euros by taxi, for about thirty minutes, which you can share for those who arrive together.
