◆ Theme: Restorative Workshop.

This long yoga session will be based on a gentle and static practice, supported by Iyengar equipment (cushion, blanket, brick, strap, etc.).

This relaxing approach offers simple postures, held for several minutes, which soothe the body and mind.

They lead to deep relaxation, to a specific state of consciousness where one can observe breathing and physical sensations.

◆ Who is this event for: All levels, but regular alignment practice is recommended. Accessible via Zoom if you have the equipment at home.
