A workshop to understand how our back works, and understand the alignments necessary in the practice of yoga.

Our sedentary lifestyle, stress, poor posture and lack of muscle building take their toll on our backs.

In this workshop, we will discuss together the different parts that make it up to understand their operation and interactions.

With the aim of identifying our own weaknesses, to strengthen, make more flexible, mobilize the spine and improve our practices through alignments.
