Yoga Workshop: Detox

Come and support the body during the change of seasons to cleanse, detoxify and rebalance the body.

The aim of this session is to work each part of the body between stretching and compression, in order to participate in the elimination of excess lactic acid which causes muscular pain and general fatigue generated by stress.

The session will open with a time of breathing and opening the body, in order to oxygenate the blood and regenerate the cells.

We will continue with more dynamic postures which will boost the immune system (by thinning the lymph and stimulating blood circulation), tone the body and boost energy.

We will then focus on the digestive system and the kidneys, through twists which will stimulate, wring out, drain and therefore cleanse the internal organs in order to evacuate toxins and emotional charges.
